Meet the Founder

Shamar Marcus is a producer, entrepreneur, and the founder of Sky Crew Films. He’s spent the past decade capturing the world’s most luxurious destinations creating content for leading hotels, tourism boards, and global brands.

His own journey into wellness began as a personal pursuit to feel better physically, mentally, and energetically. That shift sparked the idea for Zenith Arete: a retreat designed for high-level entrepreneurs who want to reset, recover, and realign without compromising on experience.

Shamar saw a need for a space where ambition and well-being could coexist. Where luxury meets intention. Where high performers could slow down, connect, and return sharper.
